We met Paul simply by contacting him to see a listing he had. We weren't searching for a home very seriously at the time but Paul took the time to meet with us anyway. Instantly we liked him and decided to start searching more seriously. Paul is always happy and an absolute pleasure to be around. From the first day we met Paul, we knew we could trust him to have our best interest in mind. Paul never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him or wasting his time even when writing a couple low ball offers, or taking time to meet at a potential property with a contractor to see if we could modify the home to meet our needs and still be within budget. When most real estate agents would have probably rolled their eyes and tried to talk us out of some crazy ideas, Paul was always up for whatever adventure we came up with. After looking at many homes, and almost settling for less than what we really wanted on a couple of occasions, we did finally find the perfect home for our family of six. Paul worked with me over several months as I began my search for a property in Central Oregon. He was so very polite and upbeat, and very knowledgeable of the local market, as well as the best areas to look in for what I wanted. n nWhen I arrived in Bend to look at properties, Paul provided my a detailed list with photos of properties I might be interested. When it came time to put a bid on a property, Paul was incredibly responsive and fast getting the proper paperwork submitted. As I was out of state for most of this process, Paul was my eyes and ears on the ground, viewing properties, providing me videos, etc. n nHe guided me through the inspection process and worked closely with me and the mortgage broker to keep the deal moving forward. In the end we had a successful purchase of a beautiful property that is perfect for my family. Absolutely couldn't have done it without Paul.

Paul did an amazing job in helping me find a home in Terrebonne, OR, especially considering that I was living in San Diego at the time! I visited Oregon in October 2017 for a weekend and Paul showed me many homes, but we could not find one that met all my criteria: at least 2+acres of land, single story, a view of either mountains, canyons or water and within my budget! We looked for almost 6 months--whenever I got discouraged that I would never find a house, Paul was always encouraging and assured me the right house was out there, we just hadn't found it yet. Paul drove all over the area-Bend, Sisters, Powell Butte, Terrebonne-and we face-timed each house. Finally in February 2018, we found my new home!! The only complication was that the seller was in the Philippines! So Paul worked his magic to bring us all together electronically and I closed on the house on March 25, 2018. nI don't know if anyone else would have had the patience and grace that Paul exhibited throughout the whole process. He was always polite, professional and very kind in his interactions with me. I don't think I would be in my new home now if it wasn't for Paul's perseverance. He is a wonderful realtor and now he is also my friend!!

We met Paul when we viewed a house for which he was the listing agent; we did not yet have an agent to help us, so it was fortuitous that we found him. He is personable, forthright, engaging, diligent, attentive, keen, and evolved with us. He paid close attention to what we liked and disliked about each house, and he made adjustments to his recommendations and his searches. We had a challenging circumstance with our availability to view houses, and to complete requisite documents once we proceeded with offers, yet he was patient and supportive. He never made us feel high maintenance, burdensome or unrealistic. He persisted, and the result is that we bought a house we both agreed on--and if you're married, then you'll understand what a massive accomplishment that is! When I decided to move to Oregon, my son recommended the realtor that he worked with to buy his 2 properties in Bend. So Paul and I began a 6 month telephone, FaceTime, email and messaging relationship!! I was living in San Diego and had never been to Oregon before, but I recently retired and I wanted to be closer to my son. I told Paul I wanted a place with land, at least 2 acres, a view of either water or mountains and it had to be single story as my 92 year-old mother was moving with me. Paul began sending me properties to look at, as well as having me search on Zillow and other similar websites. When I found one I liked, Paul would go to the property and we would look at it via FaceTime. He provided me his advice on neighborhoods and steered me away from areas he thought I wouldn't like. To make this 6 month story shorter, we finally found just what I was looking for! However, matters were a little complicated as the seller was out of the country! So Paul had to negotiate and navigate the process between an out of state buyer and an out of the country seller. As you can probably imagine, there were several bumps in the road which Paul handled quickly and professionally. During the whole 6 month process, Paul was always polite, patient, kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me buy my dream house!!
